Policies

Appointments:

I provide massage services by appointment only.  For your first appointment, please prepare to arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to fill out a short client intake form and for an evaluation.
I cannot allow unattended children or pets to be present during an appointment.  Please make arrangements prior to your appointment.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Kindly give at least 48 hours notice when cancelling your appointment.  Once your appointment is scheduled, all other requests for that appointment are refused.  You will be charged up to the fully amount of the missed session in the event of a late cancellation or no show.  Gift certificate holders will forfeit their certificat in the event of a late cancellation or no show.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment your appointment end time will remain the same.  Everyone's time is valuable.  The session will end at the scheduled time and the full amount for the session will be due.
No other appointments will be made until any balance is paid in full.

Minors:

Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by his or her parent/guardian.

Professionalism:

I am a professional massage therapist.  Comments or actions of a sexual nature will NOT be tolerated.  I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, suffering from a contagious illness, or for any other reason I feel is necessary.

Returned Checks:

In the event of a returned check, there will be a $30 fee and you will be responsible to pay any additional fee incured to me by the bank. 

I reserve the right to adjust/change or add policies as I deem necessary.
