I offer sessions as follows:

One Hour:  $110.00

One Hour and a Half: $165.00

Prenatal: $110.00 for an hour (hour recommended for enough time to use proper techniques and placement)

Headache Prevention Massage:  $110.00 for an hour. This massage involves having heat applied to the neck/shoulder area while I work some reflexology points on the feet.  Once done with the feet, I move on to the back for some area and spot specific work for chronic tension and adhesions (knots).  Next I have you lay supine and I work specific to areas in the head and neck to work on chronic tension and adhesions.  Trigger point therapy is often involved where I will focus compression to areas of maximum tenderness that often refer pain to an area. 

My sessions are customized to the needs of my client on that specific date.  I can provide specific work for issues of concern, a general massage with some shorter areas for spot specific work, or general massage for relaxation.

I specialize in deep tissue massage, but have experience in many other modalities including myofacial release, reflexology, trigger point massage, PNF, Prenatal Massage and Massage for children.

Application of heat, ice and/or topicals, myofascial cupping, and kinesiology taping are free of charge.
